Helping men grow in Christ, so others can know Christ.

The Great Commission     Matthew 28:16-20 (NASB)
16 But the eleven disciples proceeded to Galilee, to the mountain which Jesus had designated. 17 When they saw Him, they worshiped Him; but some were doubtful. 18 And Jesus came up and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. 19 Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”

The ministry of men in the local church is defined as a core group of men, partnering with the pastor, to invite and initiate spiritual growth opportunities for all men of the church and community. These opportunities would include diverse ministries of the church, such as prayer groups, missions, Bible studies, retreats, workshops/seminars, small groups, leading and participating on committees, teaching Sunday school classes, youth ministries, scouting, mentoring, and assisting in leading worship services. The focus is not inward, concentrating only on those who attend a meeting, but outward to all men, assisting them to engage the process of spiritual growth.
This ministry is not about what we want, but about serving our Lord in the way that he wants us to serve Him.  All men are welcome and encouraged to join and support this ministry in any way that God puts on your mind.  Please join us for an exciting and fun journey on bringing men to know our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
