Fellowship Groups

Empty Nesters

Once your children have left the nest, the fun has just begin. Whether retired, just plain tired, or active as ever, the Empty Nesters group provides refreshment, ministry, and times of valuable interaction. They meet at 6 pm the third Saturday of the month for a potluck dinner and fellowship in Fellowship Hall September through May. Two or three couples host these meetings, decorate and choose a program for the evening.

Ones in the Spirit

This group is for single, mature adults. The goal is to have at least one activity monthly; dining out, plays, concerts, pool parties (you get the idea). Attend one of the quarterly planning meetings with ideas for fun and fellowship!

Summer Adult Volleyball League

Do you enjoy playing volleyball. CITD has multiple groups that play volleyball against other churches in the district on on Monday nights during the summer. This is a great time to meet other people and have a great time of athletic activity, fun and fellowship. Open to anyone over 18. Contact the church office for more information.

“Knit, Crochet and Needlework” for Fun and Fellowship

Do you like to knit, crochet, needle work, or other crafts?  Well this is the place for you. We meets every Monday at 9 am in the church Library/Resource Center. All are welcome.

Camping Ministry

The camping ministry goes camping approximately three times a year to enjoy fellowship and fun in God’s creation. Everyone is welcome regardless of camping experience.
